Measured work
in complex systems.
I help businesses across the Fraser Valley and Vancouver reduce manual work with better workflows, useful software, and AI that fits how their teams operate.
Start with the problem. Use technology only where it helps.
Results built
for real-world scale.
Selected outcomes from my professional roles at major organizations. These are team and platform results from my resume, separate from the independent ventures above.
lower end-to-end message latency on a platform processing petabytes of data
in upgrade costs avoided by building an in-house communications platform
of merchant acquisition workflow supported by the onboarding platform
students and staff supported by foundational API services
Figures and outcomes above are summarized from my resume. They describe the scale and results of work delivered within those organizations.
Make AI useful
in the actual work.
I help business owners find where manual work slows the team down, then design practical improvements—from better integrations and automation to carefully scoped AI agents.
Start with the work
Map the real process, find the bottleneck, and shape a solution around the people and systems already involved.
Connect models to tools
Build agentic workflows that use business context, APIs, and tools to carry useful tasks across multiple steps.
Make it work in practice
Integrate with existing software, measure the result, and refine the system against real operating needs.

Two hands-on ventures: one helping tournaments run smoothly, and one applying technology inside a neighborhood cafe I co-founded.
TOURNAMENT OPS
Give every tournament
a better operating system.
I’m building LeagueOS to make running a badminton league or tournament easier for organizers, clubs, and players. It connects registration, draws, schedules, courtside scoring, standings, and rankings in one evolving product.

As co-founder of Harvest Cafe & Store, I lead both the business and its technology. I built a digital foundation connecting the website and online orders with Clover POS, alongside tools for sales forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and reporting. The aim: a clearer daily picture of orders, sales, staffing, and stock.

Useful outcomes.
No big AI transformation plan before we understand the work. We identify one repeated pain point, check whether the right data and tools exist, and build a focused solution you can evaluate.
Find the friction
Walk through the work as it happens. Pinpoint the slow, error-prone, or repetitive step worth fixing.
LISTEN & MAPChoose the right tool
Use the simplest fit: a better workflow, integration, automation, or AI where it adds real value.
DESIGN & AGREEBuild & learn
Deliver a focused first version. Try it against the real workflow, then refine based on what you learn.
BUILD & IMPROVEWe can begin with a short conversation about the process, what it costs you today, and whether a small pilot makes sense.

THOUGHTFULLY
I like technology
that earns its place.
I’m Bony, a software developer and builder with more than 15 years across enterprise platforms, cloud systems, and product development. I’ve led engineering delivery at UBC, Pattison Food Group, Global Relay, Target, and Fiserv—and I co-founded Harvest Cafe & Store.
Now I’m bringing that experience to smaller businesses that want practical help. No jargon required. We can start with the spreadsheet, the inbox, the POS, or the task everyone has to do twice.

too much of your day?
Tell me how the work happens now. We’ll figure out whether there’s a sensible way to make it easier.
A first conversation is just a conversation. No hard sell.“Here’s the part of my business I wish took less time…”
